DoT has decided that virtual operators will have to pay an entry fee equivalent to 10 per cent of what the unified access licence players pay. With 3G now available, the industry is seen to be a more conducive space for MVNOs. The government will also be asking MVNOs to pay spectrum fees similar to what existing operators pay. This is only fair, isn't it?
