Tektronix is transforming its India centre as an R&D centre for cutting-edge technologies. Presently, the centre is working on Display port and the next generation of HDMI among others. The Indian centre has already generated around seven patents and several more are in the pipeline.

"The centre here is playing an increasingly critical role in the development of global products which have the opportunity to have a big impact on technological innovations around the world," said Badri Malynur, Team India site Manager, Tektronix.
