This article speaks the truth, really its hard to find analogue engineer, also i found people struggle to stay in this field they moved to digital side. Also finding a good analogue work place is very less in India most of the companies are related to digital side. Here i am not find any technical seminar in analaog side rather giving product updates, so arrange good seminars to expand analog to this world. Also to develop their analog skill we need training and places to reveil it.

Bound to happen. In fast world, digital is the thing which delivers the result. So you have the people willing to choose the trade. Analog is unforgiving. Analog electronics needs money, TIME and importantly EFFORT etc. Training.....appreciation required for choosing this field.
