Hi
I am student of electronic engineer.
My thesis is about low power vlsi cmos
I want to simulate my circuit by hspice,but i dont khnow how I can use low vth cmos vith high vth cmos in netliost ,forexample mtcmos circuit.
If may be send me netlist of simulation of adder circuit mtcmos by hspice.
